Main scope of work is to provide solution architecture development, consultancy and assurance to projects, making sure applications are well designed and conform to our client standards and reference/segment architectures. Translates the guidelines and standards into practice and solves common technical challenges and provides technical recommendations which have a perceptible impact on local business performance actively drives the identification, development and implementation of new technologies and opportunities to optimise technology/IT systems. Contributes to the training and guidance of other professionals in the field. Applies the standard architecture tools for creating and storing key architecture artefacts (IBM System Architect, PowerDesigner and/or ProVision) fosters re-use. Uses the related reference architectures and roadmaps for Cloud, Mobile, Integration, OpenSource, Big Data, etc This role is based in Houston, Texas. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Lead in designing, specifying and Implementing Market standard Salesforce solution, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance. . Provide solution architecture development, consultancy and assurance to projects, making sure Salesforce applications are well designed and conform to Organization standards and reference/segment architectures. . Support and guide the architecture of Salesforce solutions being developed and implemented until the successful deployment of the solution. . Ensure proactive and inclusive engagement of stakeholders in IT. Including data infrastructure and security architects. . Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project design, contribute in schedule resource plans for implementation projects. . Work with Salesforce COE and Enterprise architecture teams in defining standards and org architecture, maintaining and reviewing org health and org architecture . Liaison with IT Managers for Estimated cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions. . Work with Segment architects, Solution Data architects and infrastructure architects for Reusable strategic product solution, data security and governance and infrastructure, licenses, development and support respectively. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Expert in Salesforce architecture aspects of an IT Project. . Experience in Design Salesforce projects in accordance with organization reference architectures and target operating environments. . Focus on Total Cost of Ownership in solution design. . Experience with development of Salesforce standards and standard services in IT at organization to ensure the latest service developments are considered. . Pro-actively contribute to the development of the Salesforce Architecture community and be an ambassador for Architecture. . Participate in governance processes, e.g., assurance review and signoff, and share all relevant needed documentation. Participate as required at the Architecture Review Board and relevant IT Leadership Teams. .
