JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Provide technical solutions expertise to internal customers and their end users in a consultative service delivery environment.
Develop complete solutions to meet the requirements/specifications of the customer.
Maintain new and current technical expertise across many technologies, such as data center, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and particularly Salesforce cloud solutions
Provide internal and external technical presentations and training
Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required
Where required, support pre-sales activities such as discovery and functional deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects
Coordinate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience as an architect in Sales Force Field Service projects
Experience on similar Sales Force Lightning implementation projects and support services
Minimum years' experience in complex technological environments.
Minimal Experience of 2 years like support technician of Sales Force Lightning product and Cloud Environment
Minimal Experience of 1 year managing technical assistance team personnel of support to applications and level
products.
Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology ( Scrum)
