About the Salesforce Developer Role:
As a consultant, your projects (clients and teams) will be varied, and you will be responsible for the development, design and quality of custom Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Undergo training and gain hands-on experience using the latest tools and technologies in building modern and scalable applications, with specific focus on Salesforce
Write robust web applications following technical specifications, develop improvements and changes within the scope of Salesforce services
Work collaboratively with the development team and product managers
Perform application deployment to staging and production environments
Create technical design and documentation
Follow agile development methodologies and take part in daily standup meetings
To succeed in this Salesforce Developer role, you must strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment.
Key Requirements:
At least three years' experience in developing Salesforce components, triggers and classes using either Apex, Aura, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, or relevant experience
Strong grasp of software programming fundamentals, specifically in object oriented programming
Strong knowledge of relational databases and data models
Knowledgeable in HTML and CSS
Previous experience as a Salesforce administrator is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written communication skills in English
