About the Salesforce Developer Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, your projects (clients and teams) will be varied, and you will be responsible for the development, design and quality of custom salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Influence, introduce, refine processes and practices with the view to deliver rapid yet reliable solutions, embracing a "DevOps" way of working
Be key to leading, analysing, designing, and providing support for Salesforce development solutions including automating the deployment of Salesforce artefacts
Be accountable for ensuring robustness, performance, and quality of the same, and ensuring design solutions adhere to governance and standards
To succeed in this Salesforce Developer role, you must strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast-changing and complex environment.
Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Salesforce Certified Administrator and either Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant OR Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
Excellent customer service, strong sense of urgency and a solution focus
High standard of written and verbal communication in English
Ability to break a problem into different parts
Ability to set and manage priorities
