We are looking for a talented salesforce developer to design world-class salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a salesforce developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.

What You'll Do
Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks
Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, etc.
Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects
Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
Developing customize solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
What You Need to Qualify
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred
Configuration and administration experience in Marketing Automation platforms such as Pardot.
Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support.
Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred
Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via the SOAP or REST APIs.
Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callouts.
Experience developing webpages and applications. Desired skills include: Java Script, JSP, CSS, HTML, and/or PHP.
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
Knowledge and experience in the overall SDLC
Experience with the implementation of Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar via Google Tag Manager a plus
Experience with the implementation of Google Ads via Google Ads Manager Account a plus
Experience in managing Scheduling Software such as Chili Piper, MS Booking a plus
