Position Description:
Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Classification: Developer
Salary Grade: 60,000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team

One of the leading auto parts distributors in Australia is looking for talented individuals to join their growing development team. You will collaborate with Senior Development officers directly from their company.
Main Roles:
Customizing Salesforce for the first deployment
Continually working on new features by adding features and connections to the organization
Strong focus on automation in order to make sales processes and customer interactions as efficient as possible
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable working Australian business hours
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Certified Salesforce Developer with 3 years of demonstrated experience
TrailHead Account and experience using Salesforce learning platform
Experience with Lightning and Marketing Cloud
Experience with SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native and VisualForce languages.
Proficient with custom objects, validation rules, page layout, and list views.
Experience connecting and configuring organizations in Salesforce with external APIs, endpoints and callbacks
Experience or familiarity working with SVN or GIT repositories
Familiarity working under Agile Development Methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-4 years in a BPO setting or equivalent in programming / web development
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them
Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications
Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment
Good time management and multitasking skills
Great organizational and prioritization skills
High degree of independent judgment
Able to demonstrate Initiative
