Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing end to end development process and working with development teams
• Ensuring documentation and auditability is of the highest level
• Designing and implementation of custom databases
• Assisting with all aspects of customer support
• Managing productivity and client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered on target
• Outstanding customer relationships that build a substantial customer base to support the company achieve its vision "To become the preferred Salesforce partner in Australia"
• Mastering the writing of quality, streamlined and elegant code for Salesforce solutions unique to each customer
• Energetically understand the customers' business and needs, challenge the status quo and develop creative and innovative Salesforce solutions. Bringing a consultative approach to solution design
• Successfully manage the delivery of allocated projects and 3rd party (offshore) teams to exceed the customers' expectations by delivering on time and within budget

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of Salesforce experience
• Impressive range of Salesforce certifications
