Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing end to end development process and working well with your fellow dev team members
• Engage with, and take responsibility for the technical specifications (for custom development, system integrations etc) jointly with the technical lead
• Own the overall technical design as well as recommending best practice solutions based on our customer's business needs.
• Understand the technical depth of the project and validate the correct resources for the project
• Works effectively individually, the company's team and customer team members towards customer satisfaction and success
• Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
• Effectively facilitates meetings, demonstrating brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interacting with project stakeholders
• Ensure documentation and auditability is of the highest level
• Manage end to end development process of projects

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• Proven Salesforce development experience
• Impressive range of Salesforce certifications
• Outstanding developing and coding skills
• Experience of integration with middleware eg Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, Mulesoft
• Experience working with, and developing API's
• Problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn - fast
• Experience working directly with end customer and project stakeholders would be an advantage
