About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team. Besides being technically capable in Salesforce development, this person needs to successfully lead the team from conceptualization of the solution to deployment/implementation.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with both client and Onshore team(s)
Manage project implementation and customization
Identify and manage risks, communicate and mitigate
Ensure that all project status reporting is accurate and timely at agreed frequency
Efficiently control the project making sure that the delivery timelines are met
Identify stakeholders and put together a communication plan to manage stakeholder expectations
Accountable for the quality of the product delivered
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development
Salesforce Certifications would be a plus
Development, Implementation & Integration experience on Salesforce.com using
Apex
Classes
Controllers
Triggers, Workflows
Process Builder
CSS. HTML, Javascript
Visual Force Pages, Custom Tabs, Custom Objects, S-Controls, Reports, Dashboards, etc.
Familiarity with AJAX.
Development and configuration experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning UI.
Experience in integrations using Rest and SOAP.
Experience working with Salesforce.com sandbox and production environments, and release management / deployment procedures.
Experience with Order Management System, Marketing Cloud Development, Administration & Configuration (Integrations, Data Extensions, Automations, Journeys, CloudPages, Contact Builder, Analytics).
Ability to adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and maintain test classes for all custom development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work independently.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Currently residing in the Philippines
Willing to work in US Pacific timezone or the client timezone, as needed.
