Description
Primary Role:
- Assist in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications
- Follow various methodologies depending on client's need: Agile, Scrum and Waterfall for Software Development Life Cycle.
- Assist with creation of new campaigns, (eg: data configuration, audience creation, utilization of capabilities in the platform, etc)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4-5 years experience in SFMC platform development and CRM Business Analyst is required
- Techologies/Tools/Skills: SFMC, CRM, SSJS/SQL/APIs/Node.JS, HTML5, Javascript and Ampscript;
- Familiarity in Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX, Visual Force) or SFMC Tokenization is a plus.
- Work from home until further notice but must be willing to work in Quezon City once onsite operations resumed. Must be Flexible to any shift.
