JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for candidates to be part of our Salesforce Bootcamp Training who can challenge the status quo, resolve tough problems, and make complex things, simple. Open to all Developers, QA and Data Integration candidates that has project/work experience who wants to make a career transition to Salesforce
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Developer:
Gather, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package, and deploy business applications on the Force.com platform and Salesforce.com
Design and deploy high quality, scalable code
Design and develop customizations of the FinancialForce PSA application
Ensure documentation and use and flow of application code is accurate and well written
Support development of the internal Salesforce system
Build client-specific solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, VisualForce, Aura, LWC, etc.
 
QA:
Review design specifications to ensure understanding of the project
Assist in developing the Performance Testing Strategy and Performance Testing Plans
Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of the project
Execute Functional/Performance Tests using industry-standard tools such as QTP, LoadRunner or similar tools Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvements
Work with different technical teams such as Development, Operations, & Architecture to discuss test results (both functional and performance) and troubleshoot issues
 
Data Integration:
Work closely with clients and our other consultants to deliver project requirements
Build real-time integration using middleware/iPaaS (Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc.)
Use Mulesoft’s API-led architecture, best practices, API-first design approach, and mapping using DataWeave.
Design APIs using RAML, create mocking services, and develop fully functional API using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform / Anypoint Studio.
Effectively use third-party APIs in client-specific solutions
Work closely with Salesforce developers in end to end orchestration and testing of integration
Design and perform data migration and integration using ETL/ELT concepts.
Perform data manipulations using SQL scripts in the database.
Analyze, design, and execute plan for MDM, data cleanup/cleansing, salesforce org merge, data archival/backup.
Create data migration documents: data dictionary, mapping document, data model and architecture using ERD.
Develop integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API and third-party integration tools (Github, Jitterbit, BitBucket, Jenkins etc)
 
Experience:
 
Developer:
At least 2-4 years of experience in OOP languages (Java, .net, c++)
Preferably with previous Salesforce training
 
QA:
At least 2-4 years of experience in any QA functional testing
Preferably with Salesforce Training
 
Data Integration
A least 2-4 years of experience in any Data Integration/Migration practice
Preferably with Mulesoft experience
Preferably with Salesforce Training
 
Soft Skills:
Good work ethics

Creative and has critical thinking in problem-solving
Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language)
Can work efficiently and productively by using time wisely
