Role Summary
This role will functionally report to the Service Manager, the Salesforce Administrator will be handling Incident tickets and can work on Tech Debts as a secondary priority. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the dayto-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
What You Will Do
Perform application admin and configuration task with minimal to no guidance needed.
Perform Dev work as necessary based on the Issues that arise
Demonstrate broad understanding of the end to end business process for SFDC org
Understand and triage SFDC related incidents
Have high level understanding of SFDC integrations and interface.
Perform monitoring task and being proactive in reviewing application updates and identifying actions needed for IT Apps.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with your business stakeholders
Able to enforce and follow standards and processes (Release / Change / Coding / Version Management).
Has the confidence the push back if controls are not met.
Identify and recommend process improvements to team standards and procedures
Actively identify gaps in our current technology and advise possible solutions
Schedule and manage own time to deliver against agreed priorities
Good command SFDC Admin / standard functions as well as CI/CD and deployment tools
Self-sufficient, self-organizing, Self-Aware and Self-Improving
Be able to support refresh activities and issues.
