We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Developer will provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, and assist in key functions involving client and staff development, training, and ongoing client support. This role's focus would be on declarative solutions and understanding what is accomplished with out-of-the-box functionality.

Position Prerequisites
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development and 1 year on Salesforce Lightning
Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Solid experience designing and building integrations.
Excellent communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
Worked on end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
A background in development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms will be preferred.
nCino Mule experience.
Perform Unit testing and Support other test cycles.
Proficiency in writing Visualforce, Apex classes, controllers, triggers, SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with system integrations using API from within the Salesforce platform and implementing web services: JSON, XML.
Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure.
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field or equivalent experience.
