Job Description
Why this role exists
We are seeking a Magic Sales Professional Account Lead who will pioneer a full-time, entry-level management role responsible for managing a team of high-performing virtual assistant sales representatives. The Sales Account Lead will act as a point of contact for the client, addressing all quality and performance-related concerns of the virtual assistant sales representatives to ensure a positive client experience. This will play a pivotal role in establishing this new position and ensuring its success.
The impact you'll make:
Team Management
Build strong relationships with sales representatives through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and check-ins.
Monitor daily sales representatives performance/stats in coordination with several dedicated departments and strategize to hit goals.
Provide guidance and support to sales representatives as they work on their tasks.
Complete end-of-day reports on sales representative attendance, performance, and deal pairing status with KPIs and metrics expected by the client.
Take action to decrease sales representative idle time and attendance issues.
Review output to ensure it meets client standards.
Attend weekly meetings and report to their direct manager regarding the team's status and concerns/bottlenecks.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, payment problems, software concerns (e.g., CRMs, Dialers), etc.
Account Management
Facilitate and oversee client-sales representative onboarding.
Recognize and facilitate additional client needs, such as additional hiring needs.
Communicate with clients regarding sales representatives performance and quality concerns.
Offer sales representative replacement if needed.
Assist in resolving escalations with clients and sales representatives.
Quality Assurance
Check quality and formulate the next actions to improve AOOs or quality issues.
Update quality sheets, end-of-shift reviews, matching lists, and other important documents to record the sales representative's progress.
Interdepartmental Duties
Close coordination with CRM, ARM, and other departments for sales representatives or client-related concerns, such as replacements, hour adjustments, etc.
Send feedback to the Matching Team for sales representatives rematching.
