Perform the end to end sales management
Training and Development of Sales Personnel
Develop sales strategies, identify sales leads and generate new customer database
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Introduce the product and services to new customer
Meet the target requirements of client visit per month
Conduct a strategic and detailed sales presentation
Design and customized sales proposal and quotation according to the customer's requirements
Customer Relationship Management
Create a strong working relationship with key customer stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
Maintain the company's existing relationships with active customers and achieve long-term connections
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
