Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
1. Developing training programs: You would be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that help sales representatives improve their skills in areas such as prospecting, negotiation, product knowledge, and closing deals.
2. Conducting training sessions: As the sales training manager, you would lead training sessions and workshops for sales representatives, either in person or virtually.
3. Evaluating training effectiveness: You would assess the effectiveness of your training programs by analyzing metrics such as sales performance, customer feedback, and employee engagement.
4. Identifying training needs: You would identify areas where sales representatives need additional training or support, and develop plans to address those needs.
5. Collaborating with other departments: You would work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales representatives have the information and resources they need to sell effectively.
6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends: You would keep up-to-date with trends in sales and sales training, and incorporate new best practices into your training program
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Language(s): English
