Linkage Web Solutions is looking for (6) enthusiastic telemarketers to generate appointments over the phone by cold calling and/or cold messaging the customer through different social profiles.
You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to buy our offer.
A successful telemarketer must be likable and convincing.
You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a small amount of time and present an appropriate solution that satisfies the client's desires.
Pay
. Initial starting basic salary of ₱18,000/mo with regular appraisals.
. Earn lots of high-paying commissions, bonuses, and sales incentives.

.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.). You will be required to work from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Friday Philippine Time from our Angeles City Office.

Responsibilities
Cold call people using our CRM to sell our products and services
Answer incoming calls and conduct client meetings via Zoom.
Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our merchandise or services meet their needs
Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
