SALES TECHNICIAN (TALISAY BRANCH)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve customers by helping them select units
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling
Greet and receives customer questions
Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters
Provide outstanding customer service
Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards
Alert management of potential security issues
Assist with inventory and technical departments
Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest and,
Other related responsibilities given to you by the company
QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate of any computer or I.T. related course
With background in computer troubleshooting and repair.
Knowledgeable in installation of O.S., software, and other applications.
Highly Knowledgeable with Laptop and Desktop Computers.
Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.
Friendly and happy personality. Does not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
Willing to start ASAP.
