JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Lead Generation Associate is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Senior Account Managers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
JOB DUTIES:
Locate leads through various online sources
Pre-qualify possible leads based on profile fit and recent business activities
Record accurate and up-to-date contact information on qualified leads
Provide feedback on lead sourcing observations for target markets
Basic and advance data entry
Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
US Shift 9PM to 6AM

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

JOB QUALIFICATION
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
Experienced in using LinkedIn
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
Good interpersonal skills: ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people.
Advanced keyboard skills, quick typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer savvy, ability to learn new systems and online tools
Organization skills, confidentiality & thoroughness
