Description
We are in need of Sales Support Virtual Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Following up customers deliveries with different transport companies.
2. Putting together Picture Quotes for the Sales team and sending them to Customers.
3. Order entry through Pronto (General, Dropship, VIP Orders)
4. Sales order and back order enquiries from sales reps
5. Emailing of credit notes, invoices and statements on request to customers
6. Addressing other queries from the Sales Representatives
7. Assist sales staff in back order management
8. Send image files to customers upon request. Liaise with GA team
9. Support for Admin and Sales Team when required
10. Other tasks may be given from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. Superior written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and have had experience in Customer Service.
2. Proven track record in this type of position. Preferably two years of experience as a virtual assistant and/or sales support.
3. Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.
4. Able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
5. Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision.
6. Preferably with knowledge in using Pronto ERP System.
7. Excel Skills (Intermediate Level)
Preferably with skills on the following Software/System:
1. Pronto-Xi Thin Client ERP Software
2. Roadshow
3. MS Excel / Word and Outlook
