₱ 30,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Responsibilities:
• Order processing of all sales orders
• Returns processing
• Customer service including invoice, order ETAs, tracking requests.
• Backorder management to ensure all product is on order and inbound without issue.
• Coordination with purchasing, shipping, and returns departments.
• Reaching out to vendors for pricing and additional information
• Assisting the inside and outside sales teams with related tasks and processes
• Knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel Spreadsheet.
• Creating Sell Sheets and tracking and monitoring of orders.
• Supporting Other Sales Representative and their needs.
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in inbound sales or sales support-related position
• Preferably a graduate of Management, Marketing, or related courses
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills and can interact across multiple departments and with clients
• Must be organize, can effectively manage time and can prioritize tasks
• Must be able to thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to plan, organize and have problem solving skills
• Provide excellent customer service and has professional phone skills/manners
• Must be amenable to work in Ortigas Center
• Open to work in shifting schedule (Day, Mid, Night).
• Amenable to Hybrid/Onsite Work Setup
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, night shift

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
