SALES SUPPORT PERSONNEL
 
JOB PURPOSE:
 
Aim to support/assist the Project Category Development through marketing, selling customer care, achieving sales targets and keeping/maintaining records of customer interactions, processes and file documents i.e. buyers folders, contracts electric and water applications and other documentations. Must also be able to manage a volume of incoming calls.
 
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and address customer and agents inquires.
Conduct Project Knowledge Seminar
Supports the Project Category Development Officer
Actively responds to sales inquiries through phone, apps, or emails.
Generate sale leads; for agents and buyers
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep and maintain records of customer interactions, assists in processes and file documents such as:
Buyer's information sheet and buyer's requirements
Deed of Restrictions and MOA
Contract to Sell
Move-in documents
VECO, MECO application or certification
Bank Endorsement
