Roles and Responsibilities
The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for leading the growth of sales and developing new opportunities for the company. The Sales Support Coordinator will be working with Managers & Sales Teams to maximise all sales opportunities, proactively create new opportunities, and achieve sales targets. A strong focus will be on developing and managing relationships with industry partners and working with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties.
The main objective of the Sales Support Coordinator are to provide sales support for the company and work closely with the marketing team, manage incoming queries and quotations, positively market the company and actively seek out new opportunities, assist and manage project opportunities, and identify new market opportunities.
The other job responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator are as follows:
- Handle direct contact with prospective clients and projects promoting company core products and services
- Deliver frameworks for the creation of business development plans
- Create and manage an annual business development and customer target plan
- Proactively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales
- Identify and develop business opportunities with identified key target agents
- Maintain up to date with all industry trends, issues, and news
- Work with key staff to ensure all business opportunities for the company is managed
- Participate in regular sales meetings providing market feedback
- Work with the sales team to develop success strategies
- Arrange customer calls for the Sales team
- Monitor customer feedback to facilitate system improvement
Required Experience
- Extensive experience in Sales & Business development
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Working experience in a BPO industry
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree qualifications in Sales & Marketing or Business
A Successful Candidate must have
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to communicate, present and negotiate at all levels
- Marketing and product development skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills, problem-solving, organisational, and planning skills
- Motivation and drive to reach goals and results
