Description
Sales Support Administrator is responsible for the efficiently providing pre- and post-sales support administration and
reports to Account Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update Google calendar to book in jobs for Account Managers' pipeline
• Accurately enter data, update and book in jobs and pick-ups using Insightly
• Prepare, administer and coordinate quotes, proposals, contracts and specifications in an efficient manner
using PandaDoc
• Manage and track lists and pricing using excel spreadsheet
• Provides support and assistance to Account Managers as needed
• Monitors client accounts by providing data and reports to Account Managers
• Oversees workflow of sales business processing including preparation of activity reports, pipelines, charts
and other statistics to support the Account Manager
• Liase with other department to ensure timely deliveries
• Stay up to date with new CRMs, tools to help streamline processes
• Perform other admin tasks as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) - Insightly and
PandaDoc - a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication and ability to work under strict deadlines
• Honest, self-motivated and passionate to work in a fast-paced team environment
