Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Organize and coordinate sales personnel schedules
Support in recruiting, hiring, and training new sales personnel
Supervise sales personnel and assistants
Answer potential customer questions and inquiries
Work with sales team when closing sales
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Lead sales team to meet and/or exceed goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
At least 2 - 4 years experience in Sales
At least 1 - 2 years experience in Supervisory position
Qualities & Skills:
Excellent in Communication
Customer-centric
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Personnel Managment and Employee Relation skills
