SALES SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
At least 2 to 3 years' Sales Experience in a call center environment is required.
Willing to work on a night/graveyard shift
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Good technical skills in the use of Excel and CRM tools.
Flexible and is able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity and sales metrics
Perform verification of production output according to specifications
Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports
Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
Hire and train new employees
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
