SALES SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Goal-oriented and proactive.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations within the assigned area or team.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve individual and team results.
Resolve team conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Monitor territory coverage, sales distribution, and project assignments.
Ethics and Integrity Training for Sales Staff.
Keep a high level of knowledge about products and services.
