JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
? Maintain the overall smooth operation of the Whole Sales team. Overseeing orders, activities, execution, delivery and sales performance.
? Receive, confirm and summarize all Corporate, Retail and Customized orders accurately and efficiently.
? Handling and monitoring multiple Social Channels like Facebook, IG and others
? Handling and monitoring Cupcakes by Sonja Sales Hotline and Shopify Website.
? Consistent monitoring and updating of payment and receivables for corporate, retail and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
? Recruit, Train, Evaluate and Retain a competent sales team.
? Consistent tracking and meeting of sales target and reporting of sales daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
? Initiate sales activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand and meet sales targets.
? Researching, meeting, closing deals and maintaining seamless, hassle-free, efficient and excellent service for existing and new brand partners.
? Ensure that the sales department works cross-functionally with executives from other departments.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualification
? Bachelor's Degree in Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, any related course
? At least 2 years working experience
? Sales/Marketing, Retail Sales Knowledge
? Excellent verbal and written communication skill
? Dedicated and Goal Oriented
? Keen to details
? MS Office and Google Suite Proficient
