SALES SUPERVISOR
 
The position is a field function and an office function. The primary responsibility is to be familiar with the company product and market situation, develop a new client base, and maintain the current clients.
 
Salary Range: Php15,000.00 to 25,000.00
Eligible for Performance Incentives and regular commission
Qualified for 14 Months' Salary
The base of Operation: Davao Office
 
QUALIFICATION:
 
Job includes both fieldwork and office work. The following skills are essential for this role:
BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.
Strong knowledge of tractor models, specifications, and applications in agriculture.
Ability to organize product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of various tractor models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to oversee the entire sales process, from customer inquiry to purchase, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
Knowledge in monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of tractor models and accessories.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Possess the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Proficiency in various computer applications (such as sales software, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and MS Office) is needed.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
