Primary Responsibilities:
Executes strategies and schemes aligned to the Visayas and Mindanao revenue and sales goals.
Provides accurate, timely, relevant market updates.
Maintains good business relationships with Travel & Trade partners, Corporate & Govt Accounts, and Travel Organizations within the assigned area.
Conducts sales calls, product presentations, and webinars to top producing and potential accounts.
Participates/Organizes in group bids, travel fairs/exhibitions, familiarization trips, route launches/sales blitz, etc.
Gathers and provides market research useful to prepare tactical and strategic plans.
Recommends innovative schemes and programs to attract more travel agents and corporate accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have 1-4 years experience in a Sales Supervisor role.
Must be at least a Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
Must be able to speak either the Visayas or Mindanao dialect.
Preferably with experience in Airline or Aviation sales.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Cebu and may be on a hybrid work environment depending on requirement.
