Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
2. Receive and report on all sales concerns.
3. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
4. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
5. Meet all sales quotas and goals.
6. Implement strategies to sell products or services.
7. Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
8. Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
9. Analyze reports and prepare sales documents.
10. Prepare and monitor Sales Invoice
11. Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
2. Three (3) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
3. Demonstrated and proven sales results
4. Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
5. Focused on customer service
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Persuasive and goal-oriented
8. In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
9. Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer,
path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
