Job Description/ Functions
To supervise the day to day activities in the shops, leads the Sales Crew in the effective delivery of the company’s service standards for sales, and ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Crew in handling their responsibilities.
Manages the day-to-day activities in the shops during his/her assigned shift according to the objectives of the department and the vision and mission of the company.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of the Sales Crew in accomplishing their assigned tasks and ensures that these are done efficiently, cost-effectively and according to the established standards of the company for Sales.
Monitors cost of utilizing manpower, equipment and other utilities and implements effective cost-consciousness measures to ensure that costs are within approved budgets.
Ensures customer satisfaction through continuously finding and recommending effective ways to increase the service level of Sales operations.
Skills
Organized & Good Administrative Skills
Good Oral & Written Communication
Proficient in MS Office applications
Qualifications
Male/Female
Graduate of any Four Year degree course
Experience in any fast food establishment is an advantage
Has potential in selling and a Team player
