JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing or its equivalent.
At least three (3) or more years’ experience in sales field management from real estate developers
Experienced in planning, organizing and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management, managing and directing a sales team.
Proven leadership and people-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
