SALES SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Qualification (Formal education, training, license & work experience)
College graduate of any four (4) year course.
Preferably with two (2) years field sales management experience in FMCG environment.
A holder of valid driver’s license with restriction code 12
Personal Qualification (Knowledge/skills/abilities & qualities/strengths)
Management and leadership skills
Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Knowledge of functional roles in the organization
Understanding of competitive trade and industry structures
Knowledge of issues on trade concentration and managing modern trade
Knowledge of sales and distribution systems
Knowledge of finance and control systems and procedure
Knowledge on MS Office skills
