Job Description
1. Hits target sales monthly and annually of his/ her business unit
2. · Ensures all accounts under his/ her business unit reaches its quota and that each account is taken care of, including but not limited to all concerns of the account
3. Builds and maintains good customer relationships with all accounts under his/ her business unit
4. Have current knowledge of what is going on in all stores under his/ her account, including having personal acquaintance with on the ground personnel of the customer, from managers down to promodisers
5. Have personal contact with all key personnel of the customers under his/ her business unit
6. Accountable for the inventory of consigned items in all stores of customers under his/ her business unit
7. Manages all personnel under his/ her business unit and ensure that they are able to produce output expected of them
8. Mentors, coaches and counsels personnel under his/ her business unit
9. Open new accounts for business growth
10. Able to work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure operations in stores run smoothly
11. Other duties that may be assigned to him/ her from time to time
Requirements:
1. Has experience in Retail, FMCG and Online stores like Zalora and Beauty Manila
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Sales Management

Availability for change of residence: No
