Qualifications:
· College Graduate
· With leadership and customer service skills
· With atleast (2) two years of Sales background is a MUST
· Knowledgeable in using Facebook Pages and other social media sites
· Knowledgeable in Excel and Google Sheet and Data Entry skills
· Flexible on Shift
· Willing to work on Holidays if required
. Willing to work near SM Marilao Bulacan
Job Descriptions:
· Supervises and monitors Sales Chat Representative & Telemarketers
· Designate FB Pages Assignments and Shift Schedules for Team Members
· Assure to hit weekly & monthly sales quota
· Manage aftersales report
· Submit Daily Sales Report to Sales Manager
· Lead the team to mastery of sales process, systems and product knowledge
· Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements
