Job requirement
•Formulate and develop marketing strategies that will serve as the main direction of the company in attaining / maintaining annual targets through marketing plans and programs.
•Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
•Supervise the daily operations of the sales department
•Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
•Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
•Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
•Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
•Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
•Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Educ/skill requirement
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
•At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing or Business Development or equivalent.
•Strong business acumen or strong drive in sales/marketing
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand a customer needs and to probe for answers
•Negotiation skills and experiences with customer, supplier and other related third parties
•Strong sense of urgency; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
