Sales Field Execution - Sales Supervisor is the core responsible for the proper execution of plans and programs by region and HQ. . Area Management - SS is responsible for the overall performance of his area, identifying challenges, proposing alternatives, executing solutions and task delegation to his people and aligning it to Regional Sales Manager. . Target Planning - SS is responsible for allocating targets to team leaders and promoters, monitoring and assures the achievement of the monthly sales target. . Market Research - SS must also act as a CIA to gather competitor data and promotional activities. . Sales Development - SS must report sales regularly and initiate programs in his area to improve sales generation and maximize the potential of every promoter and each store. . Merchandising & CKE - SS is also responsible for standard and visible merchandizing in his area, BV proposals, ingress and egress to increase brand awareness and company revenue
