Responsibilities:
Entertain customer inquiries (walk-in, phone and online)
Encode and update project monitoring online
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints
Meet personal / team targets and call handling quotas
Answer questions regarding warranties or term of sales
Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year course but preferably in relation to sales
Must be detail oriented, has good analytical skills and flexible
Good oral and written communications
Skilled in documentation
Must have a License with code 1 and 2
Able to communicate well in Bisaya, Tagalog and English.
