JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a customer sales specialist responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets. You will be the point of contact between the company and the customers in order to drive sales.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Selling products and services using solid communication to customers
Educating and assisting prospective customers to gain interest in buying the product
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Handle customer complaints and expedite the resolution to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
