Greet customers and interact with them to understand their vehicular problems.
Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a cool, courteous, and prompt manner.
Endorse Customer to the Services Section to gain firsthand knowledge of the vehicular problems.
Sells products and/or services to repair the vehicle’s issue to meet the customer’s needs.
Prepare the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed as provided in the Job Order signed by the Mechanic assigned
Performs other tasks as the need arises.
