DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and monitor Delivery Orders.
Coordinates with the customer for the plan and items for pick-up.
Responsible for delivery schedule and route optimization.
Dissemination of delivery order schedule to all concerned personnel.
Prepares Invoice and Delivery Notes.
Check and reconcile reports with the customer of Monthly Production Sales.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Summarize deliveries per customer per month.
Monitor actual deliveries versus plan.
Monitor purchase order balance from customers.
Updating of purchase order monitoring of customers.
Adhere to the QEHS Policies of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate of 4 years course.
Has related work experience in MANUFACTURING companies.
Computer Literate.
Preferably with a minimum of 2 yrs experience in the same field/level.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
