Position Overview:
 
The SALES SPECIALISTS will be selling our Debt Settlement and/or Credit Repair product to the Canadian and American market. The role will require the agent to have the ability to use our technology to communicate with the customer and to collect the required documentation over the phone and close up the deals. This role is for an experienced sales agent, an individual with a track record of hitting sales targets on a monthly basis. Prior sales experience in the financial, debt settlement, and credit industry is a definite asset.
 
Core Competencies: 
Highly motivated to make money and close deals.
Huge plus if you have worked in financial service campaigns
High sense of urgency.
Use of technology for the purposes of selling a product over the phone.
Willingness to learn and to take feedback.
Strong communication skills. 
Duties:
Following the script, the sales specialist will educate the customer on their credit situation, provide solutions based selling techniques to close the deal.
Using our technology (five9, salesforce) to efficiently manage the customer lifecycle from first contact to close. 
Collecting the required documents from the customer to complete the deal.  
Taking internal transfers and maintaining a minimum talk time of 5 hours each day. 
Closing deals at a high rate and consistently hitting monthly sales quotas. 
Handle any objections that the customer presents and move forward with the sale. 
Night Shift:
1AM to 9AM Philippine Standard Time
Monthly Rate: Php 28,600 to 35,200 + BONUS of up to Php 2,500/day/ depending on experience and expertise
