SALES SPECIALIST
 
Responsibilities
To meet agreed on sales targets
Develop and maintain customer relationship and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with each of our clients.
Monitor and follow up client's response to the proposal/sample items and open new/potential clients
Provide assistance and support in the ordering, deliveries, collections and other related process.
Track weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually sales targets achievement and weekly submission of reports on account status and daily activities.
Address promptly customer complaints and inquiries including post-sales needs.
Ensure forecast/P.O's are submitted regularly and monitored.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably Female
Must have at least 2 years experience in FMCG (non-food)
Must have excellent written communication skills
Must be creative and optimistic
Willing to work in Cebu City
