Qualifications
Graduate of tourism, hospitality or relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Possess strong time-management, organizational, follow-up, rapport-building and probing skills.
Fresh graduate are also welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide courteous and prompt response to e-mail and phone requests form agents.
Understand Partner Agents' need and suggest suitable travel options.
Prepare accurate quotations to agents.
Provide necessary assistance to agents and their clients.
Monitor the bookings and coordinate closely with overseas offices.
Provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with Partner Agents.
Ensures that all finalized transactions are accounted and billed timely accurately.
