Job Description
General Duties
Is responsible in ensuring the timely and thorough review of booking documents and ensures the proper and accurate encoding/posting/booking of Sales transactions in SAP specifically creation of Buyer Partner Data and creation of Sales Contract in SAP.
Detailed Duties
1. Review of sales booking
2. Encoding & Release of Deviation Notice
3. Monitoring of accounts for Out to Sales & for Booking
4. Sales contract & Business Partner creation
5. Endorsement of Buyer's folder to Dispatch Team
6. Encodes/uploads payment term
7. Prints payment schedule & CIN Card
8. Attends Selling Event

. Can work under pressure
. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
Education
. Must be a Graduate of any four-year Business-related course
Experience
. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the same function
. Preferably with experience working under SAP environment
