Description
DUTIES
-Learning the product catalogue and provides additional information when necessary.
-Assists in the production of product manuals, packaging disclaimers, and other information regarding the products.
-Conducts proper quality-checking and testing of products.
-Assist Customer Service with the reviewing of claims to determine the root cause and resolution.
-Answers customers' inquiries regarding the products.
-Oversees and manages complaints from customers.
-In-charge of product replacements and servicing under warranty.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder.
-With experience in logistics and customer service is a plus.
-Basic knowledge in electronics is an advantage.
-Must have good management and organizational skills.
-Must be quick, sharp, and keen to details.
-Must be adept in Microsoft in Word and Excel, and other programs required for the job.
