About the Role
 
We are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to market and sell our innovative building solutions - from lightweight wall panels (Luftcrete) to skimcoat and tile adhesive products (Fortify), and ready-mix supply solutions (Ascentia Concrete Solutions).
 
This role requires active field engagement, product presentations, and building long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and developers. While installation work is not required, you will be trained to explain applications and installation steps so you can confidently address client inquiries.
 
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build strong client relationships with developers, contractors, and architects.
Conduct field visits, product demos, and technical presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate knowledge of product applications and installation guidelines.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to address client requirements.
Expand company presence within Cebu, Mandaue, and other regions as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business/Marketing, or related course (preferred, not required).
Experience in sales of construction or building materials is an advantage; fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
Amenable to undergo training on construction products and solutions.
Driver's license is a plus.
