THIS IS AN ON SITE JOB
 
Job Summary: As a Sales Representative in the ApexTech, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and closing deals to meet sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions, present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
Generate leads through various channels
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Conduct consultations and presentations to educate clients about services and solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
 
Solution Development:
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and technology, to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, including pricing, service offerings, and value propositions, to prospective clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Good English and communication skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BPO industry or related field.
Strong understanding of BPO services, outsourcing trends, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
