SUMMARY
Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid scripts and arguments to prospective clients
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Present, promote and sell products/services using prepared scripts and arguments.
Perform needs analysis of potential client to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
Reach potential clients through cold calling using the database generated by our lead generation staff.
Achieve agreed call target and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with the Team Lead, General Manager and Directors.
Update database with client's or prospect's interests, questions, potential to acquire our services or potential for new products and services
Complete the required daily activity report.
Updates call results on a daily basis via the Comms Metrics Tracking.
Submits call recordings daily for QA purposes.
Submits Daily Call Feedback Report.
Reports issues concerning on sales and communication processes.
